Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required; 18+ years old
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
• Compassion, reliability and strong communication skills

Aufgaben

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming and mobility
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes
• Promote safety, dignity and independence
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss
