Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work required.
• Experience with computer systems and Microsoft Office apps required (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, SharePoint).
• LICSW licensure is preferred for supervision/lead roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical services to patients and families addressing emotional and social needs.
• Screen and triage patients requiring psychosocial services.
• Conduct psychosocial assessments and coordinate care with the multidisciplinary team.
• Provide counseling and psychotherapeutic services and document in the medical record.
• Contribute to department CQI efforts and education activities.
