Job summary

Griffin Health Brand is seeking a Cardiac Ultrasound Technologist to work a part-time schedule on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays in Derby, CT. Under supervision of a Cardiologist, you will operate echocardiography equipment to record cardiac functions and perform relevant procedures as needed.

Required are RDCS or RCS certification, an accredited AS degree or equivalent, and CPR certification. A minimum of 12 months of full-time clinical cardiac ultrasound experience is expected.

Qualifications

• RDCS from ARDMS or RCS from CCI is required.
• Certification or A.S. degree from accredited institution is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• Twelve (12) months of full-time clinical cardiac ultrasound experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate echocardiogram machine to record cardiac functions.
• Perform transthoracic and transesophageal echocardiograms when needed.
• Perform stress echocardiography assessment when needed.
