Job summary

Fred Beans Hyundai of Langhorne is seeking a Part Time Greeter to warmly welcome showroom visitors, assess their needs, and guide them to the appropriate department. The role also includes answering basic inquiries, routing calls, taking messages and providing information to callers.

Shifts are two to three evenings per week from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and every third Saturday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. The greeter maintains a professional appearance and supports clerical tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Detail oriented and professional in appearance.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good organizational abilities and attention to filing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet showroom customers and determine the nature of their visit.
• Direct customers to the correct department and introduce them to a salesperson.
• Answer incoming phone calls and route to the appropriate department or take a message.
• Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly and efficient manner.
• Obtain basic demographic information from customers using standard methods.
• Run prospect reports for managers on a weekly basis.
• Communicate messages to the appropriate parties promptly.
• Assist with clerical duties as requested.
• Maintain a professional appearance.
• Meet and record names of customers approaching the lot or showroom.
• Distribute customers to the on-duty sales force per the rotation for the shift.
