Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of retail or hospitality experience.
• Must be 21 years of age and comply with all local, state, and company regulations.
• Criminal background check and state badging may be required.
• Desire to learn about cannabinoids, terpenes and product application.
• Ability to use office software (computers, printers, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and patients with a positive attitude.
• Advocate cannabis customer care and education.
• Help customers navigate cannabis products and advise on wellness uses.
• Build rapport to promote repeat business.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and storefront.
• Complete transactions at the POS and verify online orders.
• Understand and apply compliance regulations per local/state laws.
• Stock and merchandize displays and manage inventory.
• Support managers and other Cannabis Advisors as needed.
• Stay informed through ongoing cannabis education.
• Handle routine admin tasks with office equipment.
