Job summary

STIIIZY is seeking a Sales Associate for a part-time position in San Francisco, CA. You will act as a knowledgeable brand ambassador in a fast-growing cannabis retail environment, delivering exceptional customer service while meeting sales goals.

The role requires a minimum age of 21, a high school diploma, and open availability, including weekends. You will assist customers, handle cash at POS, and support inventory and store operations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma required.
• Open availability preferred and expected to work all hours, including weekends.
• Ability to work 2 weekend days (Fri–Sun) with schedule as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service as a brand ambassador in-store and online.
• Advise customers on cannabis products based on needs, preferences, and budgets.
• Handle cash and operate POS with accuracy.
• Pick & pack orders and support sales goals and metrics.
• Maintain knowledge of products, promotions, and company procedures.
