Job summary

STIIIZY is seeking a part-time Sales Associate in Vallejo, CA to act as a knowledgeable brand ambassador in-store and beyond the recreational cannabis landscape.

You will work as part of a team, advise customers on product options, and drive sales while maintaining accurate cash handling and POS procedures. This role emphasizes exceptional service and adherence to company policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Hiring preference will be given to those candidates with open availability.
• Open availability is defined as the ability to work all hours required without restrictions, including days, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Work as a team player and contribute to a positive working environment.
• Advise customers on suitable cannabis products based on their needs, preferences, budgets, and reactions to different strains of cannabis.
• Demonstrate an elevated level of cannabis knowledge and curate experiences that go beyond expectations.
• Create intentional experiences for customers by building authentic relationships; exceed the customers' expectations by delivering exceptional service.
• Drive customer visit goals and increase the number of returning customers; successfully achieve sales goals and business metrics.
• Pick & pack orders
• Accurately handle cash transactions by operating the point-of-sale system, maintaining precise register
• Adhere to all company training and operational standards and procedures.
