Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through cannabis purchasing experience and provide informed product recommendations
• Operate and maintain POS system; handle transactions and cash with accuracy
• Keep sales floor stocked, displays updated, and store clean and organized
• Process and fulfill customer orders; assist with pickup and curbside as needed
• Maintain compliance with state/local cannabis regulations and company policies
• Respond to customer inquiries in person, online, and by phone
• Develop product knowledge to advise customers on latest products
• Support opening/closing checklists and daily store operations
