Job summary

Bucknell University is seeking a part-time Testing Center Coordinator to proctor tests and support the Office of Accessibility Resources on campus. The role involves 20 hours per week during fall and spring semesters, with potential evening hours during finals week.

The position is gift funded for one year, non-benefits-eligible, and reports to the Director of the Office of Accessibility Resources. Prior experience with testing environments and assistive technology is valued.

Qualifications

• Education: High School/GED
• Two or more years of related work experience
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel; Proficiency using internet, email, and calendar software; Familiarity with or ability to learn assistive software and hardware technologies; Communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to manage and respect confidential and sensitive information

Responsibilities

• Test Administration and Security: Proctor a variety of tests while maintaining a secure environment and protecting confidentiality; check in/out and provide scribe/reader services when needed.
• Operational Support: Assist with test scheduling, calendar management, email and phone communications, and visitor inquiries.
• Non Essential Functions: Additional tasks may be assigned as needed.
