Job summary

Penn State University Beaver is seeking a qualified individual to serve as a part-time exam proctor for the Student Disability Resources office. A Bachelor's degree is required for this position, and prior experience with exam proctoring is preferred. Hours vary, generally between 8:00 a.m.

– 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday only. Proctors will assist the Disability Services Coordinator with providing academic accommodations to students with disabilities, including administering exams, assisting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required for this position.
• Prior exam proctoring experience preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and academic integrity.

Responsibilities

• Administer quizzes and exams to college students.
• Pick up and drop off paper exams/quizzes before and after testing.
• Read exams to students or provide scribe assistance as needed.
• Monitor student behavior during exams.
• Maintain academic integrity in the testing room.
• Communicate with students, faculty, and Disability Resources staff.
• Maintain confidentiality of students receiving accommodations.
