Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 2+ years of retail experience preferred.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and provide direction to team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Coach and support team members to create a customer-first culture.
• Assist with opening/closing responsibilities and act as Manager-on-Duty when assigned.
• Assign work, monitor progress, and uphold operational standards.
• Support merchandising, inventory, replenishment, and POS transactions.
