Qualifications

• At least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to campus community while carrying out security procedures and incident response.
• Conduct regular patrols of campus facilities and perimeters to deter incidents.
• Monitor access points and report maintenance concerns or security issues.
• Respond to incidents calmly and follow established protocols and notify appropriate personnel.
• Prepare accurate daily activity reports and maintain communications with supervision.
