Qualifications

• Two years of security-related experience required.
• Experience with access control and badge systems preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, visitors, and campus guests while following site security procedures.
• Conduct regular and random foot and vehicle patrols of campus buildings, residence areas, parking locations, walkways, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity, hazards, maintenance concerns, and policy violations.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner and contact appropriate personnel.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain clear communication with supervisors and Allied Universal personnel.
