Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part Time Experienced Patrol Access Control Security Officer in Philadelphia, PA. You will safeguard clients, maintain a visible patrol, support access control, and deliver exceptional customer service to students, staff, and visitors.

Qualifications

possesses at least 2 years of security-related experience.
Access control and badge experience is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Background check required by law and company policy.
Drug screen required where permitted by law.
Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, visitors, and campus community while following security procedures.
Conduct routine foot and vehicle patrols of campus buildings, residence areas, parking facilities, and perimeters.
Respond to incidents, alarms, medical emergencies, and critical situations calmly and following protocols.
Monitor access points and report maintenance concerns or suspicious activity.
Prepare accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation for stakeholders.
