Qualifications

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and deliveries per site policies.
• Be aware of and follow site-specific policies and emergency procedures.
• Candidates may be subject to background checks and drug screening as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and deliveries on-site per site policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, offices, common areas, and parking facilities.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity and assist with access control.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies in a calm, documented manner.
• Prepare activity reports and communicate security concerns to leadership.
