Qualifications

• Two years of security-related experience or more.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, visitors, and campus partners while following security procedures and emergency protocols.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and report concerns through proper channels.
• Patrol campus buildings, grounds, parking, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
• Monitor access points and support campus access-control; direct visitors and report suspected access attempts.
• Assist in maintaining an orderly environment by giving directions and supporting events.
