Job summary

Great Hearts Academies is seeking an Assistant Campus Coordinator for GH Arizona – Goodyear. This 24-hour weekly, part-time role supports the Campus Coordinator in after-school and summer programs, reporting to the Campus Coordinator.

The position is non-benefits-eligible and includes hourly pay in the stated range. Responsibilities include paperwork, supplies, curriculum prep, staff training, and event support, with travel to local academies as needed.

Qualifications

• The candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with children’s programming is preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide managerial and operational support to the Campus Coordinator.
• Assist with paperwork, supplies, curriculum prep, staff training, and marketing efforts.
• Ensure compliance with licensing and record-keeping requirements; document incidents.
