Job summary

Great Hearts Academies seeks a Campus Coordinator for Co-Curricular Programs in Arizona to manage and operate After-School Athenaeum and Summer Programs at assigned locations. This full-time, 12-month, benefits-eligible position reports to the Regional Manager and ensures licensing compliance and program quality.

You will hire and mentor staff, manage payroll/supplies budgets, and cultivate strong relationships with students, parents, and academy staff while implementing the classical curriculum

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• 21 years of age or older.
• AZ Department of Public Safety fingerprint clearance card.
• CPR/First Aid certification upon hire.
• Experience in liberal arts or education and working with children.
• Experience in licensed programs preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow program enrollment.
• Manage budget for payroll and supply expenses.
• Ensure licensing compliance in all areas of program operations as required by AZDHS.
• Follow SOPs to ensure high-quality programs.
• Hire, train, and mentor program staff.
• Provide performance feedback and coaching to staff.
• Model and instill Great Hearts Core Virtues.
• Oversee implementation of provided classical curriculum.
• Cultivate relationships with academy employees, students, and parents.
• Represent programs at campus events and meetings.
• Utilize provided marketing strategies.
• Follow protocols for reporting student behavior and significant events.
• Escalate incident reports to Regional Manager.
• Adhere to Great Hearts policies and initiatives.
• Attend meetings at Home Office and local locations.
• Substitute in classroom as needed.
• Other duties as assigned
