Job summary

Colorado Mountain College seeks a part-time Test Proctor to manage Pearson VUE testing, CLEP, and online exams, ensuring security and smooth operations for registered students. Under supervision of Campus Instructional or Student Affairs leaders, you will prepare rooms, verify testers, maintain logs, and stay current with Pearson VUE changes; evenings and weekend availability may be required.

The role requires good English, basic MS Office, and strong organizational skills; residency in Colorado

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or two-year college certificate or equivalent education and experience.
• Ability to read, write and speak English well; proficient in MS Office and office equipment.
• Experience with standard administrative methods and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Administer Pearson VUE, CLEP, and online tests for registered students.
• Prepare testing rooms and ensure security and testing rules are followed.
• Verify registered testers through Pearson VUE systems.
• Maintain the Pearson VUE candidate logbook and be present during tests.
• Keep up to date on Pearson VUE client changes and announcements.
• Run daily backups for Pearson VUE and CLEP; perform other duties as assigned.
