Job summary

The University of Notre Dame is seeking a part-time Driver for Three Leaf Catering in our campus Hospitality department. You will transport equipment, decor, food and beverages across campus, ensuring timely and safe delivery and assisting with setup and food handling.

The role supports the Center for Culinary Excellence and other food service areas as needed. Ideal candidates have a valid license, strong time management, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Capable of managing time effectively with minimal supervision.
• Positive, respectful, and committed to delivering excellent service.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Ability to move, lift, and handle equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Able to work in various weather conditions and adhere to food safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute timely deliveries of food service products, catering equipment, and supplies.
• Receive, inspect, and properly store all incoming products.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards for dock areas and vehicles.
• Operate equipment and vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Work in various environments, including coolers, freezers, and warehouse.
• Assist in other Food Services areas as needed to support operations.
