Advanced Behavioral Health, Inc. is seeking a part-time telephone interviewer in Middletown, CT to collect data from caregivers receiving services like MST. You will represent ABH® professionally, adhere to policies, and promote ABH® in all interactions.

The role requires an Associate's Degree, at least 1 year of customer service/administrative experience, and attendance at annual Conflict of Interest training. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Bilingual skills (Spanish/English) required;
