Job summary

The telephone interviewer conducts activities associated with the collection of data from caregivers, representing ABH® and its services in a positive and professional manner. This part-time role supports behavioral health services in Middletown, NY.

Bilingual English/Spanish required; strong customer service and administrative skills essential. Responsibilities include data collection and adherence to ABH®’s guidelines, policies, and procedures, with training provided as needed to uphold

Job description

The telephone interviewer conducts activities associated with the collection of data from caregivers

receiving various services, such as MST. This position will represent ABH® and its services in a

positive and professional manner and adhere to ABH®’s best practices, guidelines, policies and procedures as established, promoting ABH® as a leader in behavioral healthcare in all interactions and work. Bilingual skills (Spanish/English) required;

• Associate’s Degree required;
