Job summary

Advanced Behavioral Health (ABH®) is seeking a telephone interviewer to collect data from caregivers receiving services such as MST. The role represents ABH® in a positive and professional manner and adheres to ABH®’s guidelines, policies and procedures to promote ABH® as a leader in behavioral healthcare in all interactions and work.

Requirements include an Associate’s Degree, 1 year of customer service/administrative experience, and bilingual English/Spanish; bilingual English/Spanish is

• Associate’s Degree required.
• 1 year customer service/administrative work experience required.
• Attends annual Conflict of Interest training.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
