Job summary

Cunningham-Restaurant-Group is seeking a part-time Cafe Team Member for our downtown Indianapolis cafe (251). You will support back-of-house operations, handle light prep and guest-facing tasks, and contribute to a friendly, efficient service style.

Average shifts are 5-8 hours, Monday to Friday with weekends and holidays off, and parking pass is provided. Training and growth opportunities exist within the premier restaurant group, with eligibility for benefits after one year.

Qualifications

• Light prep and serving experience required.
• Ability to follow recipes.
• Comfortable operating a cash register.

Responsibilities

• Set up and stock stations with all tools, products, and supplies necessary to prepare menu items with the team on the line.
• Stocking of items for service
• Comply with nutrition, sanitation, and industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices in line with ServSafe guidelines while cleaning tables throughout service times.
• Ability to operate a cash register effectively.
