American Girl Dallas retail store’s Café is looking for a dynamic individual as Part-Time Server to deliver food and beverages and provide an outstanding dining experience to our Café guests.

Qualifications

• ServSafe certification preferred.
• 1–2 years experience in high-volume or fine dining restaurants preferred.
• Banquet or catering experience a plus.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Experience with restaurant computer systems preferred.
• Physically demanding position; must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and carry trays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers upon arrival and inform them of food and beverage options.
• Demonstrate knowledge of menu items and ingredients; advise on allergies.
• Handle customer concerns and requests professionally and promptly.
• Deliver and service food and beverages; upsell when appropriate; maintain tables.
• Follow safety guidelines and health sanitation laws.
• Support restaurant team with events and storewide projects.
