SQA Services in Dickinson, ND is hiring a Quality Cable & Harness Inspector on first shift. You will perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of cable harness components to ensure conformance with drawings and specifications.

The role requires meticulous inspection, capability to operate a tablet, review inspection plans and reports, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. ITAR compliance and a background check are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of cable and harness inspection experience.
• Ability to operate a tablet and perform basic tech tasks.
• Excellent attention to detail and defect identification.
• Strong communication and cross-department collaboration.
• Must pass background check and meet ITAR requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct incoming inspections of cable and harness components and related processes.
• Perform in-process and final inspections to verify critical features.
• Prepare and review inspection sign-off sheets and packages.
• Verify inspection equipment detects defects and measures capability.
• Ensure inspection methods align with drawing intent and FAIRs where applicable.
• Review First Article Inspection reports for completeness and traceability.
• Validate shipping documentation for accuracy and destination details.
