Responsibilities include inspecting wiring harnesses, cables, and components, reviewing blueprints and schematics, and reporting defects for root-ccause actions. A strong eye for detail and commitment to quality are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years wiring harness, cable assembly, or electrical inspection experience.
• IPC/WHMA-A-620 certification preferred.
• Experience reading electrical schematics and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual and dimensional inspections of wiring harness assemblies and electrical components.
• Inspect products for IPC/WHMA-A-620 compliance and customer specifications.
• Verify wire routing, crimp quality, connector installation, labeling, soldering, and cable dressing.
• Review work instructions, drawings, blueprints and schematics to ensure builds meet requirements.
• Identify and report defects; support root cause investigations and corrective actions.
