UC Merced PACE is seeking experienced instructors to teach Part-Time courses in Business, Entrepreneurship, & Leadership, with credit and non-credit options. Courses may be offered in academic credit and non-credit modes.

The instructor creates a syllabus, holds weekly office hours, and grades examinations or papers, with potential to teach in person, hybrid, or remote formats. Start January 2026; positions are intermittent through Dec 2026.

Qualifications

• A master’s degree in business, entrepreneurship, or leadership (MBA, MIM, MS, or MPS).
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the related field.
• Demonstrated theoretical and practical knowledge in the designated topic area.
• Experience teaching or providing professional development in the related field.

Responsibilities

• Create syllabus for assigned courses.
• Hold weekly office hours (2 hours per week).
• Grade examinations and/or papers.
