You'll drive outbound efforts using Sandler Training concepts, monitor KPIs, and refine ad creatives to lower cost-per-lead, all within a flat, performance-driven team.

Qualifications

• 7 years of sales/BD experience, preferably in B2B and training-heavy environments.
• Proven ability to map buyer pain to pitches and forecast bookings.
• Strong CRM record-keeping and KPI tracking.
• Excellent communicator across email, calls, and in-person meetings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and forecast monthly bookings.
• Map buyer pain to Consulting Plus's pitch deck, slide by slide.
• Partner with Renewal Management specialists to align content with demand-generation goals.
• Open doors in Phoenix, AZ that a manager title alone can't.
• Plant Consulting Plus in the sales marketing conversations buyers already trust.
• Use Sandler Training and Interpersonal Skills tools to automate and scale outbound efforts.
• Set and monitor KPIs tied to revenue, retention, and acquisition cost.
• Tune the ad creative until the sales marketing cost-per-lead drops.
