• Minimum 2 years building maintenance experience.
• Must be able to work a combination of AM and PM shifts 3 days a week.
• Starting at $18.50/hour; experienced candidates may qualify for a higher wage.

Responsibilities

• Performs guest room preventative maintenance duties such as painting, battery replacement, smoke detector checks and HVAC cleaning.
• Maintains the grounds, landscaping, outbuildings and parking areas in a clean, neat, safe and attractive manner.
• Assists in maintaining pool, spa and general area of the property according to specific local codes and brand standards.
• Responds promptly to reports of guest problems and concerns.
