Job summary

The Courtyard Chandler Fashion Center, managed by NCG Hospitality, is seeking an experienced Hotel Assistant Executive Housekeeper. You will supervise the housekeeping, laundry and public areas teams, assign rooms, and monitor status via the property management system while maintaining a safe, welcoming environment.

Weekend shifts and both AM/PM coverage are required, with starting pay at $18.50 per hour and opportunities for higher wages based on hotel needs and experience.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of supervisory experience.
• Past Housekeeping or related work experience.
• Strong oral and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate a team player attitude to ensure an efficient property operation.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the housekeeping, laundry and public area staff, providing a respectful, friendly and fun work environment.
• Perform daily duties including assigning rooms and projects to team and entering room status’ in the computer system.
• Promptly reports room status and maintenance issues.
• Assist in daily room inspection program.
• Ability to perform all primary housekeeping related tasks including laundry, housekeeping and public areas.
