North Central Group is seeking a Building Maintenance Assistant Part Time at the Courtyard Chandler Fashion Center in Chandler, AZ. Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of building maintenance experience.
• Ability to work AM and PM shifts 3 days a week.
• Experience with basic preventive maintenance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance requests and support property upkeep.
• Perform guest room preventive maintenance tasks (painting, battery checks, HVAC cleaning).
• Maintain grounds, landscaping, outbuildings and parking areas.
• Assist with pool, spa and related areas per local codes and brand standards.
• Promptly respond to guest problems and concerns.
