Job summary

NCG Hospitality’s Courtyard Chandler Fashion Center is seeking a part-time Building Maintenance Assistant to support property upkeep and guest comfort. Starting at $18.50 per hour, experienced candidates may earn more.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of building maintenance experience.
• Ability to perform preventative maintenance tasks.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.

Responsibilities

• Performs guest room preventive maintenance duties such as painting, battery replacement, smoke detector checks and HVAC cleaning
• Maintains grounds, landscaping, outbuildings and parking areas in a clean, neat, safe and attractive manner
• Assists in maintaining pool, spa and general area of the property according to local codes and brand standards
• Promptly responds to reports of guest problems and concerns
