KUR, Inc. is seeking Part-time Budtenders for our new Embr Dispensary in Springfield, MA. This role requires availability on weekends, holidays, evenings, and weekdays, with a pay rate of $17/hour plus tips.

Job Summary

Budtenders greet customers, assess their needs, and educate them about our products to ensure high customer satisfaction. They must provide tailored product recommendations, meet sales standards, and maintain compliance with inventory and cash controls.

Job Duties/Responsibilities

• Maintain proper cash handling procedures.
• Stay updated on local, state, and Bureau of Cannabis Control regulations.
• Assist with stocking, cleaning, and side work during downtime.
• Keep POS counters stocked and clean.
• Complete opening and closing procedures.
• Participate in staff meetings and cleaning.
• Greet and serve customers promptly and professionally.
• Ensure punctuality for shifts.
• Keep personal items off the sales floor.
• Be knowledgeable about cannabis products and industry trends.
• Maintain a professional appearance and prepare tools for shifts.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
