Job description

Tired Hands Brewing Company is looking for Part-time FOH staff members to join our FOH team at our St. Oner's location in Philadelphia (Fishtown area)! The FOH staff is required to provide excellent customer service and multitask between different jobs including bartending, serving, food running, drink running, bussing, and more. The Front of House staff members will have a knowledge of Tired Hands beer and food. This is an hourly position paying $10 an hour plus tips through our tip share program.

Friday-Sunday availability is a must. Candidates must be at least 21 years old and have the ability to serve alcohol.

Duties

  • Have a general knowledge of the food and beer menu to answer any customer questions
  • Communicate and welcome all guests in a friendly manner
  • Operate the restaurant POS system, make sure the cash is correct at the beginning or end of each shift
  • Complete a thorough setup and breakdown, this includes detailed cleaning of the work area and any surrounding areas
  • Ability to multitask and provide pleasant service at all times
  • Communicate and work well in a team environment
  • Perform any other tasks or duties as assigned that may come up throughout the workday

Qualifications

  • Prior restaurant or brewery service experience required
  • Must be able to reach, bend, and stoop frequently, and lift up to 25lbs
  • Must be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
  • A passion (or willing to learn!) for beer preferred
