Position: Ticket Seller

Reports To: Box Office Manager and/or Supervisor

FLSA Status: Part-Time Non-Exempt

ASM Global, a leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, is seeking a Part-time Ticket Seller for the ASM/Pensacola Bay Center. The Ticket Seller is responsible for ticket sales for shows or events and performs duties including opening/closing the ticket window, accurately dispensing tickets, handling cash, maintaining reports, and providing excellent customer service. A credit and background check will be conducted during the interview process.

Major Responsibilities

• Open and/or close the ticket window as required.
• Accurately dispense tickets and handle payments.
• Maintain accurate counts and complete daily sales reports.
• Handle Will-Call window procedures.
• Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries and needs.
• Work independently and answer box office questions effectively.
• Provide information on prices, seating, and upcoming events.
• File records, prepare reports, and perform clerical duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Computer and cash handling experience preferred.
• Experience in box office or guest services is a plus.
• Ability to work nights and weekends.
