• Greet prospects and residents entering the office/leasing area.
• Answer phone calls and route to the appropriate team member for assistance.
• Maintain the guest suite schedule and coordinate loading dock/elevator schedules for move-ins and move-outs.
• Ensure clubhouse amenities are in tour condition before leasing office opening each morning.
• Manage all package deliveries by documenting arrivals and notifying residents within 24 hours.
• Assist the community team with scheduling, planning and organizing resident activities and programs.
