Ideal candidates have 2+ years in bartending or high-volume serving, excellent customer service, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting. Evening and weekend availability is required with a part-time schedule.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of bartending or high-volume serving experience preferred.
• Strong beer knowledge or experience in a brewery, taproom, beer bar, or craft-beer environment is a plus.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong sales and upselling ability.
• Outgoing personality with the ability to connect with guests.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Available for evenings, weekends, and high-volume shifts.
• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable service to every guest.
• Prepare and serve beer, cocktails, wine, and other beverages.
• Develop strong knowledge of our beer selection, styles, flavors, and pairings.
• Recommend beers based on guests' tastes and preferences.
• Actively upsell and cross-sell beverages and menu items.
• Educate guests about featured beers, new releases, and specials.
• Build relationships with customers and help develop a strong base of regulars.
• Maintain an engaging and welcoming bar atmosphere.
• Accurately process orders and payments through the POS system.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked bar.
• Follow responsible alcohol-service and food-safety standards.
• Work collaboratively with bartenders, servers, kitchen staff, and management.
• Assist with brewery events, promotions, happy hours, and special programming.
