Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume bartending is preferred.
• New York State-approved alcohol service certification, or ability to obtain before start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-volume bartending and table service across multiple bar locations.
• Prepare and serve beer, cocktails, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages per house recipes.
• Check IDs and verify age for all alcohol sales per policy and NYS law.
• Ring up orders and process payments.
• Lead 30- to 60-minute guest experiences.
• Restock supplies and assist in the retail store as needed.
