Qualifications

• Must be over age 18.
• Must have or be able to obtain a state alcohol server's license.
• Previous food and beverage experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve food courses to guests.
• Set tables according to event type and service standards.
• Know the menu to assist guests with orders.
• Communicate special requests and allergies to the kitchen to ensure accuracy.
• Use the POS system to record orders, bill, and process payment.
• Check with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and/or beverages.
• Clear and reset tables; pick up trays and maintain a clean dining area.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and service areas; complete closing duties.
