Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits.
• Lead and execute an assigned business focus area with planning and follow-through.
• Provide timely, constructive feedback to store team and raise performance concerns to Store Manager.
• Support store team with asset protection through customer service, safety, and controls.
