Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide product-related assistance.
• Maintain a genuine customer focus on the sales floor and coach others to success.
• Lead and execute an assigned business focus area with planning and follow-through.
• Perform Leader on Duty responsibilities by driving results and resolving customer concerns timely.
• Utilize customer feedback to identify opportunities and implement actions to improve results.
• Build customer loyalty through company programs, including credit offerings.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback to store team and raise performance concerns to the Store Manager.
• Support store team with asset protection through customer service, safety, and operational controls.
