Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds as needed.
• Availability that may include days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Proficient with Outlook, Excel and general computer use.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits.
• Lead and coach store team to deliver excellent customer service and meet sales goals.
• Maintain a customer-focused, inclusive and safe sales floor environment.
• Execute assigned business focus areas with planning and follow-through.
• Drive omni-channel service standards and respond to customer concerns promptly.
