Job summary

Carter’s Inc. is seeking a Part Time Sales Manager in California, San Clemente. You will be the first face of the brand for growing families, helping with our baby essentials and school readiness products.

You’ll lead, coach, and deliver an omni-channel experience while fostering a welcoming environment. Responsibilities include leading a team, modeling service standards, driving results, and using customer feedback to improve store performance.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced store environment.
• Proficient with basic computer tools (Outlook/Excel) and store systems.

Responsibilities

• Become a product and brand expert for Carter’s products to assist families.
• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and explain product features and benefits.
• Maintain a customer-first focus on the sales floor and lead by example.
• Coach others to success and model omni-channel service standards.
• Lead assigned business focus area with planning and follow-through.
• Perform leader-on-duty duties, drive results, and address customer concerns.
