Job summary

The LEGO Group is seeking a Part-Time Supervisor for LEGO Brand Retail in Raleigh, North Carolina. You will lead a team, deliver training, and uphold store standards in customer service, product knowledge, and sales.

Responsibilities include supervising sales, merchandising, inventory audits, and ensuring strong, brand-aligned experiences for every guest. This role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and a safety-first environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership or management experience in specialty retail.
• Delivery of employee training.
• Cash handling and inventory/sales auditing.
• Point of sale automated systems.
• Merchandise maintenance and visual merchandising.
• Physical requirements: heavy lifting up to 30 lbs and prolonged standing.

Responsibilities

• Maximize profitable sales by regular review of sales and margin information.
• Assist to ensure space management techniques are used effectively.
• Maintain store graphics system, including pricing, for customer focus and profitability.
• Ensure fixtures are replenished.
• Evaluate competitors’ visual merchandising and identify growth opportunities.
• Train Sales Associates on visual merchandising per LEGO Brand Retail guidelines.
• Motivate and develop a high-performance team aligned with LEGO Brand, Vision and Values.
