Job summary

The LEGO Group in Skokie, IL is seeking a part-time Team Leader to deliver an inspiring guest experience and train the team to exceed high standards of customer service and product knowledge. This role centers on leading by example and maintaining LEGO Brand Retail excellence.

You will manage visual merchandising, pricing, and graphics, handle cash and inventory, and guide a high-performing team to bring the LEGO brand to life for guests.

Qualifications

• Leadership/management experience in retail.
• Experience delivering employee training.
• Cash handling and inventory/sales auditing.
• Experience with POS systems.
• Merchandise maintenance and visual merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Enhance profitable sales by reviewing sales and margin data.
• Assist with space management techniques.
• Maintain store graphics and pricing for customer focus and profits.
• Ensure fixtures are replenished.
• Evaluate competitor visual merchandising and identify opportunities.
• Train Sales Associates on visual merchandising per LEGO Brand Retail guidelines.
• Develop a high-performance team aligned with LEGO Brand values.
