Job summary

Randa Apparel & Accessories is seeking a Part-Time Merchandising Coordinator in Delaware (19702) to implement brand merchandising strategies and maximize on-floor presentation.

You will collaborate with sales teams, visual managers, and store leadership to place merchandise, execute guidelines, and support sell-through.

This role offers schedule flexibility, mileage reimbursement, employee discounts, and a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Associates Degree Preferred is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Implement and execute seasonal merchandising guidelines at retail.
• Partner with store personnel to place new/replenishment merchandise and POS to maximize sell-through.
• Execute store visits based on business needs and respond to changing retail environment.
• Collaborate with store, district and regional management to ensure brand awareness and support.
• Provide weekly field reports and photos recapping store visits and stock/merch issues.
