Randa Apparel & Accessories in Miami seeks a Part-Time Merchandising Coordinator to execute the Randa and Haggar brand merchandising strategy and maximize on-floor presentation.

The role collaborates with sales teams and store managers to place new merchandise, implement seasonal guidelines, and document field activity, while driving product visibility and sales. Requires 3–5 years in retail merchandising, a High School Diploma, and proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associates degree preferred.
• 3–5+ years in retail or merchandising roles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Implement seasonal account zone-a-grams and visual merchandising guidelines at retail.
• Place new/replenishment merchandise and POS to maximize sell-thru and brand presentations.
• Conduct store visits and adapt to the evolving retail environment.
• Collaborate with store, district, and regional management to build brand awareness.
• Provide weekly field reports and photos recapping store visits and stock issues.
