Randa Apparel & Accessories is seeking a Part-Time Merchandising Coordinator in Boston, MA. The role focuses on executing brand merchandising strategies to maximize product presentation and sell-through on the retail floor.

You will collaborate with store teams, field leaders, and district personnel to ensure timely placement of merchandise and POS, while supporting overall brand awareness and in-store visibility for Randa and Haggar products.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Associates Degree preferred.
• 3–5+ years in retail-related roles (Sales, Visual Merchandising, Retail Buying).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Implement seasonal account zone-a-grams and visual guidelines at retail.
• Place new/replenishment merchandise and POS to maximize sell-through.
• Visit stores based on business needs and respond to retail environment changes.
• Collaborate with store, district, and regional management to support brand awareness.
• Provide weekly field reports and photos of store visits and product/stock issues.
