Job summary

Randa Apparel & Accessories in Rochester, NY is seeking a Part-Time Merchandising Coordinator to execute brand merchandising strategies on the retail floor, maximize presentation, and support sales with store partners. Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associates Degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant work experience in Retail Sales, Visual Merchandising, Retail Buying or related positions.

Responsibilities

• Implement seasonal account zone-a-grams and visual merchandising guidelines at retail.
• Partner with store personnel to place new/replenishment merchandise and POS to maximize sell-through and brand presentations.
• Execute store visits based on business needs in the evolving retail environment.
• Coordinate with store, district, and regional management to ensure brand awareness and support.
• Provide weekly field reports and photos recapping store visits and stock issues.
